The UBC International Medical Graduate Clinical Assessment Program (IMG CAP) application portal will be open from 12:00 AM (PDT) on August 1, 2025 until 11:59 PM (PDT) on August 25, 2025. 

Privacy Notification: By creating an account on the CAP application portal, you consent to sharing your personal information with the UBC IMG Clinical Assessment Program and its contracted service provider, SurveyMonkey Apply (Survey Monkey Europe UC). The Program collects and uses personal information for the purpose of application intake and processing into the International Medical Graduate Clinical Assessment Program of British Columbia, as authorized by section 26(c) of the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection Privacy Act. 

The Program will not disclose any information without your consent, except where authorized by law. Data will be processed and stored outside of Canada, as required. See Survey Monkey Europe UC's Privacy Policy: https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy/

Applicants who need to submit proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status or a BC Personal Health Number (or equivalent from the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut) will be directed to provide the information via online UBC Qualtrics Forms. Links to these forms are embedded in the CAP application portal.
